These Garlic Ritz Snacks are a savory, crunchy treat made with buttery Ritz crackers, garlic, and a perfect blend of seasonings. Whether you’re preparing for a party or just want a quick snack, these crispy bites are sure to be a hit!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 sleeve Ritz crackers (about 3035 crackers)
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for a bit of heat)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder (if using), parsley, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the Ritz crackers to the bowl and gently toss them in the butter mixture until all crackers are coated evenly.
  4. Spread the coated crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the crackers are golden brown and crispy. Be sure to stir the crackers halfway through baking to ensure they cook evenly.
  6. Allow the crackers to cool on the baking sheet before serving. Enjoy as a snack or appetizer!

Notes

  • For a more intense garlic flavor, you can add an extra 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder.
  • These crackers can be stored in an airtight container for up to a week.
  • You can also add freshly grated Parmesan cheese for an extra savory touch.
