Ingredients

  • 1 sea bass fillet, cut into pieces
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 stalks green onions, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinate the sea bass pieces with a pinch of salt and pepper for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the sea bass pieces and fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and set aside.
  4. Add ginger and garlic to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  5. Add the chopped green onions and cook for another 30 seconds.
  6. Return the sea bass pieces to the skillet.
  7. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sugar. Toss to coat evenly.
