Description

Crispy on the outside and ooey-gooey on the inside, these Gooey Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs are perfect for a snack or appetizer. Stuffed with melted mozzarella cheese and brushed with flavorful garlic butter, they pair perfectly with marinara sauce for dipping!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (16.3 oz) refrigerated biscuits (8 biscuits)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • Marinara sauce, for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the biscuit bombs: Flatten each biscuit slightly and place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center. Fold the edges of the biscuit dough around the cheese and pinch to seal, forming a ball.
  • Add flavor: In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush the butter mixture over the top of each biscuit bomb. Optionally, sprinkle a little Parmesan cheese on top for extra flavor.
  • Bake: Place the prepared biscuit bombs on the baking sheet, seam-side down. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown and puffed.
  • Serve: Let the biscuit bombs cool for a couple of minutes before serving with warm marinara sauce on the side for dipping.

Notes

Enjoy these delicious biscuit bombs warm for the best gooey cheese experience!
