Instructions
- Caramelize the Onions:
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and sugar. Cook for 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Deglaze with beef broth if needed, scraping up browned bits.
- Prepare the Burger Patties:
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper gently.
- Divide into 4 equal portions and form into patties, making a slight indentation in the center.
- Cook on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- Assemble the Burgers:
