Description

Granny’s Million Dollar Pie is a creamy, sweet, and refreshing dessert that’s as easy as it is delicious. With a rich, fluffy filling made from cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk, and a hint of lemon, this no-bake pie will melt in your mouth. Topped with whipped cream and a sprinkle of toasted coconut, it’s the perfect treat for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping (such as Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 pre-made graham cracker crust

  • 1/4 cup toasted coconut flakes (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling:

    • In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the sweetened condensed milk until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the lemon juice, vanilla extract, and powdered sugar. Mix until fully combined and smooth.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping:

    • Gently fold in the whipped topping, being careful not to deflate it, until the mixture is light and fluffy.
  3. Assemble the pie:

    • Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pre-made graham cracker crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
  4. Chill the pie:

    • Refrigerate the pie for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow it to set properly.
  5. Top the pie (optional):

    • Before serving, top with toasted coconut flakes for a nice crunch and added flavor (this step is optional but highly recommended).
  6. Serve and enjoy:

    • Slice and enjoy the creamy, delicious Million Dollar Pie!

Notes

  • This pie can be customized by adding other toppings like fresh fruit (strawberries, blueberries, or kiwi), chocolate shavings, or even crushed nuts.
  • For a more decadent treat, try using a chocolate graham cracker crust instead of the regular one.

  • The pie can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
