Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken tenders in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Seal or cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to marinate, preferably 1-2 hours for maximum flavor.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F or 190°C). If using a grill pan, heat it over medium-high heat on the stovetop.
- Remove the chicken tenders from the marinade and discard the excess marinade. Grill the chicken tenders for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Once grilled, remove from the heat and let rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and lemon zest, if desired, before serving.
- Serve the chicken tenders with a side of tzatziki sauce, on top of a Greek salad, or wrapped in pita bread for a delicious Mediterranean meal.
