Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the softened butter with both sugars until smooth.
- Beat in Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until edges are lightly golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
