- 1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
- 2–3 drops green food coloring (or more for vibrant color)
Instructions
- Melt the Chocolate:
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semisweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, mint chocolate chips, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until the mixture is smooth and fully melted. - Add Peppermint Extract and Food Coloring:
Stir in the peppermint extract and green food coloring, mixing until evenly distributed. - Coat the Cereal:
Place the Chex cereal in a large bowl. Pour the melted chocolate mixture over the cereal, gently stirring to coat all the pieces evenly. - Add Powdered Sugar:
Place the coated cereal into a large resealable plastic bag or a covered container. Add the powdered sugar and shake until the cereal is evenly coated and “muddy.” - Set and Dry:
