A delicious fusion of a grilled cheese sandwich and a burrito, filled with gooey melted cheese and your favorite fillings, perfect for a quick and satisfying meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
  • 1/4 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1/4 cup corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 tbsp salsa
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 cup sour cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Lay one tortilla flat and evenly spread shredded cheese over the entire surface.
  2. Add chicken, black beans, corn, and salsa over one half of the tortilla.
  3. Fold the tortilla over the fillings to make a half-moon shape, pressing gently.
  4. Heat a skillet over medium heat and melt butter.
  5. Place the filled tortilla in the skillet and cook until golden brown and cheese melts, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  6. Remove from skillet, cut in half, and serve with sour cream if desired.
