  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 slices bread of choice
  • 1 cup Gouda cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare the vegetables: On a baking sheet, toss the sliced mushrooms and onion with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes or until browned to your preference.
  • Melt the butter: In a skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter.
