- Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Grill chicken bites for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked and lightly charred.
- While chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce:
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
- Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, then slowly whisk in heavy cream.
- Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Remove chicken from the grill, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

- Marinate the chicken ahead of time for deeper flavor.
- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in place of heavy cream.
