Description

Juicy, bite-sized grilled chicken pieces served with a rich and flavorful creamy garlic sauce. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or light meal.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, toss chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Grill chicken bites for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked and lightly charred.
  4. While chicken is grilling, prepare the creamy garlic sauce:
  5. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1–2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Whisk in flour and cook for 1 minute, then slowly whisk in heavy cream.
  7. Simmer for 3–4 minutes until sauce thickens. Stir in Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Remove chicken from the grill, drizzle with creamy garlic sauce, and garnish with parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

  • Marinate the chicken ahead of time for deeper flavor.
  • For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt in place of heavy cream.
  • This dish pairs well with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.
  • Leftover sauce can be refrigerated for up to 3 days.
