- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, to taste

Prep the Chicken Bites:
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using an outdoor grill, lightly oil the grates.
- Grill the chicken bites for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
