  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

    • ½ cup heavy cream
    • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
    • 3 cloves garlic, minced
    • 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tsp lemon juice
    • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Chicken Bites:

    • In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, cumin (if using), salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat evenly.
    • Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. If using an outdoor grill, lightly oil the grates.
    • Grill the chicken bites for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and are golden brown. Remove from the grill and set aside.
  2. Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

    • In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant.
    • Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens slightly.
    • Stir in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for another 1-2 minutes, then remove from heat.
  3. Serve:

    • Toss the grilled chicken bites in the creamy garlic sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.
    • Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately.
