  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup basil pesto
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves, thinly sliced
  • Cracked black pepper, to taste

Instructions
