Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken:
    In a bowl or resealable bag, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes, up to 2 hours.

  2. Prepare the broccoli:
    Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  3. Roast the broccoli:

  4. Grill the chicken:
