- Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place oysters on the grill shell side down to stabilize.
- Top each oyster with a generous spoonful of the garlic butter mixture.
- Close the grill and cook for 5โ7 minutes, or until the butter is bubbly and cheese is golden.
- Carefully remove oysters from the grill, garnish with extra parsley if desired, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.
