Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Brush peach halves with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Place peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches soften slightly.
- Flip peaches and grill for another 2 minutes.
- Remove peaches from grill and let cool slightly.
- Serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
- Drizzle with honey or caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.
