Description

Sweet, juicy peaches grilled to perfection and served warm with creamy ice cream and a drizzle of honey or caramel for a refreshing and indulgent dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Vanilla ice cream, for serving
  • Honey or caramel sauce, for drizzling
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Brush peach halves with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  3. Place peaches cut side down on the grill and cook for 3-4 minutes until grill marks appear and peaches soften slightly.
  4. Flip peaches and grill for another 2 minutes.
  5. Remove peaches from grill and let cool slightly.
  6. Serve each peach half with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top.
  7. Drizzle with honey or caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped nuts if desired.
  8. Garnish with fresh mint leaves and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm peaches for best grilling results.
  • Try using brown sugar instead of cinnamon for a different flavor.
  • Grill peaches with the skin on for extra smokiness, then peel before serving if preferred.
