- 1 ripe banana, sliced
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice. Add honey or a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
- Arrange banana slices evenly over one slice of peanut buttered bread, then top with the second slice, peanut butter side down.
- Butter the outside of both bread slices.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the sandwich in the skillet and grill for 2–3 minutes per side, until golden brown and the peanut butter is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
