A delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, this Grilled S’mores Pizza features a crispy pizza crust topped with melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, all grilled to perfection.

- 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
- 2 cups chopped chocolate
- 2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 3 honey graham crackers, crushed
- ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare Dough: Rest the dough on a floured work surface for 20 minutes to allow it to come to room temperature.
- Preheat Grill: Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush a 14-inch circle on the foil with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- Shape Dough: Roll out the dough to a 1/4-inch thickness on the floured work surface. Place the dough onto the buttered area of the foil. Brush the top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
- Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the dough. Spread the miniature marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top. If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Grill Pizza: Slide the foil with the pizza onto the grill over indirect heat. Close the lid and grill until the crust is golden and the marshmallows are toasted, about 8 to 10 minutes.
- Serve: Remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool for about 5 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.
Notes
- You can use chocolate chunks or chips instead of chopped chocolate.
- A mix of milk and dark chocolate adds great flavor.
- Cinnamon graham crackers can be substituted for honey graham crackers for a spiced twist.
