Description

A delightful twist on the classic campfire treat, this Grilled S’mores Pizza features a crispy pizza crust topped with melted chocolate, gooey marshmallows, and crunchy graham crackers, all grilled to perfection.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound refrigerated pizza dough
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted, divided
  • 2 cups chopped chocolate
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 3 honey graham crackers, crushed
  • ¼ teaspoon flaky sea salt (optional)

Instructions

  • Prepare Dough: Rest the dough on a floured work surface for 20 minutes to allow it to come to room temperature.
  • Preheat Grill: Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat and lightly oil the grate. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and brush a 14-inch circle on the foil with 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  • Shape Dough: Roll out the dough to a 1/4-inch thickness on the floured work surface. Place the dough onto the buttered area of the foil. Brush the top with the remaining 1 tablespoon of melted butter.
  • Add Toppings: Evenly sprinkle the chopped chocolate over the dough. Spread the miniature marshmallows and crushed graham crackers on top. If desired, sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
  • Grill Pizza: Slide the foil with the pizza onto the grill over indirect heat. Close the lid and grill until the crust is golden and the marshmallows are toasted, about 8 to 10 minutes.
  • Serve: Remove the pizza from the grill and let it cool for about 5 minutes before cutting into pieces and serving.

Notes

  • You can use chocolate chunks or chips instead of chopped chocolate.
  • A mix of milk and dark chocolate adds great flavor.
  • Cinnamon graham crackers can be substituted for honey graham crackers for a spiced twist.
