Instructions
- Wear gloves and carefully remove the stems and seeds from the habanero peppers.
- Combine the peppers, vinegar, water, lime juice, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder in a blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the hot sauce into a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Pour the hot sauce into a clean jar or bottle and seal tightly.
- Store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
