- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread or melted chocolate
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
- Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
- Cook crêpe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
- Remove from pan and spread a thin layer of chocolate spread over the crêpe.
- Roll the crêpe tightly and place on a serving plate.
- Repeat with remaining batter and chocolate.
- Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.
Notes
- Use your favorite chocolate spread or melted chocolate for filling.
- For added texture, sprinkle chopped nuts inside before rolling.
- These crêpes can be kept warm in a low oven before serving.
