Description

Handmade Chocolate-Filled Rolled Crêpes are thin, delicate pancakes filled with rich, melted chocolate. Perfect for breakfast or dessert, these crêpes are light, tender, and decadently satisfying.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate hazelnut spread or melted chocolate
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together flour, eggs, milk, water, melted butter, sugar, and salt until smooth.
  2. Heat a lightly oiled non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  3. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter into the skillet and swirl to coat the bottom evenly.
  4. Cook crêpe for about 1-2 minutes until the edges begin to lift, then flip and cook the other side for 30 seconds.
  5. Remove from pan and spread a thin layer of chocolate spread over the crêpe.
  6. Roll the crêpe tightly and place on a serving plate.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter and chocolate.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar if desired and serve warm.

  • Use your favorite chocolate spread or melted chocolate for filling.
  • For added texture, sprinkle chopped nuts inside before rolling.
  • These crêpes can be kept warm in a low oven before serving.
