Description

A hearty and indulgent burger packed with crispy bacon, fried egg, cheese, and savory toppingsโ€”perfect to cure a hangover or satisfy a big appetite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef (80/20 blend)
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns, toasted
  • 4 slices crispy bacon
  • 4 large eggs
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Pickles
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Butter or oil for frying eggs and buns
  • Ketchup and mayonnaise (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  2. Form ground beef into 4 patties, season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook patties for about 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
  4. During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
  5. In a separate pan, fry the bacon until crispy and drain on paper towels.
  6. Fry eggs sunny-side-up or over-easy, keeping yolks runny if desired.
  7. Butter and toast the hamburger buns lightly.
  8. Assemble burgers by layering lettuce, tomato, pickles, cheeseburger patty, bacon, and fried egg.
  9. Add ketchup and mayonnaise if desired. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • For extra indulgence, add hash browns or avocado slices.
  • Use thick-cut bacon for more crunch.
  • Try different cheese varieties like pepper jack or Swiss for a twist.
