Instructions
- Prepare the cake: Prepare the chocolate cake according to the package instructions in a 9×13-inch baking pan. Let the cake cool for about 5 minutes.
- Poke holes: Using the handle of a wooden spoon, poke holes all over the top of the cake.
- Pour sweetened condensed milk: Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the cake, allowing it to soak into the holes.

- Add whipped topping: Spread the thawed whipped topping over the entire surface.
- Sprinkle Heath bar bits: Sprinkle the Heath bar bits generously over the whipped topping.
- Add chocolate syrup (optional): For extra indulgence, drizzle chocolate syrup over the top before serving.
