Description

Heavenly No-Bake Banana Split Cheesecake is a creamy, decadent dessert featuring layers of banana, chocolate, and cherry flavors in a no-bake cheesecake, perfect for warm days or anytime you crave a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup maraschino cherries, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup chocolate syrup, for drizzling
  • Optional: whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Chill in the refrigerator for 10 minutes.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, beating until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and creamy.
  5. Layer half of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled crust.
  6. Arrange half of the banana slices, crushed pineapple, chopped cherries, and mini chocolate chips over the cream layer.
  7. Spread the remaining cream cheese mixture over the fruit and chocolate layer.
  8. Top with the remaining banana slices, cherries, and chocolate chips. Drizzle chocolate syrup on top.
  9. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  10. Optional: Serve with whipped cream on top before slicing.

Notes

  • Use fresh bananas to avoid browning, or toss them in a little lemon juice before layering.
  • Substitute crushed pineapple with fresh if preferred.
  • For a firmer cheesecake, add 1 packet of unflavored gelatin dissolved in 2 tablespoons of water to the cream cheese mixture.
