Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or your favorite cheese)
- 1 cup buttermilk (or milk)
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a loaf pan (9×5 inches) or line it with parchment paper for easy removal. -

Add Wet Ingredients:
In a separate bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, eggs, and melted butter. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined (don’t overmix). Fold in the shredded cheese. -
Transfer to Pan:
