- 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
- 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or other toppings (optional)
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 370ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 3 minutes.
- Spread about 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce evenly on each bagel half.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add pepperoni slices or desired toppings.
- Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder on top.
- Place bagel halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and edges are crispy.
- Remove carefully and garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
- Serve warm.
