Description

Quick and easy homemade pizza bagels cooked in an air fryer, topped with marinara sauce, melted cheese, and your favorite toppings.


Ingredients

  • 4 plain bagels, sliced in half
  • 1/2 cup marinara or pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices or other toppings (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 370ยฐF (190ยฐC) for 3 minutes.
  2. Spread about 2 tablespoons of marinara sauce evenly on each bagel half.
  3. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  4. Add pepperoni slices or desired toppings.
  5. Sprinkle dried oregano and garlic powder on top.
  6. Place bagel halves in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until cheese is melted and bubbly, and edges are crispy.
  8. Remove carefully and garnish with fresh basil or parsley if desired.
  9. Serve warm.
