Additional Ingredients:
- 3 sesame seed hamburger buns
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cup finely diced onion
- 6 slices American cheese

Instructions
-
Prepare the Big Mac Sauce:
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, finely chopped pickles, yellow mustard, white vinegar, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate the sauce for at least 30 minutes.
-
Prepare the Burger Patties:
- Divide the ground beef into 6 equal portions and shape them into thin patties.
- Season both sides of the patties with salt and pepper.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the patties for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
-
Toast the Buns:
- Slice the hamburger buns into three parts: top bun, middle bun (using the bottom of an extra bun), and bottom bun.
- Toast the buns lightly in a separate skillet or toaster.
-
Assemble the Big Mac:
- Spread a generous amount of Big Mac sauce on the bottom bun.
- Add a handful of shredded iceberg lettuce and some finely diced onions.
- Place one slice of American cheese and a cooked burger patty on top.
- Place the middle bun on top of the first layer.
- Repeat the process: spread Big Mac sauce, add lettuce, onions, and pickles, then place the second burger patty.
- Top with the remaining bun half.
-
Serve:
- Serve immediately while the burgers are hot.
Notes
- For a classic Big Mac experience, use fresh sesame seed buns and try to replicate the original sauce as closely as possible.
- You can also add extra pickles or cheese if desired.
