- 1 egg (for egg wash)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut the dough into 8 equal rectangles (or adjust based on your desired size).
- In the center of each rectangle, spread about a tablespoon of pizza sauce. Top with a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese and your choice of toppings (pepperoni, mushrooms, bell peppers, etc.).
- Fold the dough over the filling to create a pocket, sealing the edges by pressing them together with your fingers or a fork.
