Ingredients
- ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional, for a bit of tang)
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp dried basil
- ¼ tsp salt (or to taste)
- ¼ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, for sweetness)

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl or jar, add the olive oil, red wine vinegar, lemon juice, Dijon mustard (if using), garlic, oregano, basil, salt, pepper, and honey/maple syrup (if desired). -

Notes
- For a thicker dressing, increase the amount of Dijon mustard.
