These Honey Garlic Salmon Bites are a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors, making them perfect as an appetizer or main dish. Quick to prepare, these bite-sized salmon pieces are coated in a luscious honey garlic sauce that will have everyone coming back for more!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb (450g) salmon fillets, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Salmon: Cut the salmon fillets into bite-sized cubes. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the Salmon: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the salmon bites in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the salmon is golden and cooked through. Remove the salmon from the skillet and set it aside.
  • Make the Honey Garlic Sauce: In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes until it thickens slightly.
  • Coat the Salmon: Return the cooked salmon bites to the skillet and toss them in the honey garlic sauce until they are fully coated.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove the skillet from heat and garnish the salmon bites with freshly chopped parsley. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes for a hint of spice.
  • Serve with a side of steamed vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
