Instructions
- Prepare the Ribs:

- Brush with BBQ sauce during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
- Make the Hot Honey Sauce:
- In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar.
- Heat on medium-low, stirring occasionally, until warmed through and well combined. Adjust the hot sauce to your preference for spiciness.

- In a bowl, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In another bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Dredge the chicken in the flour mixture, coating evenly, then fry until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).
- Remove from the oil and place on paper towels to drain.
- Assemble the Platter:
- Arrange the fried chicken and BBQ ribs on a large platter.
- Drizzle the hot honey sauce generously over the chicken and ribs.
- Garnish with optional sides like coleslaw, cornbread, and grilled vegetables.
- Serve and Enjoy!
- Serve immediately with extra hot honey sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
- You can use a store-bought BBQ sauce or make your own for a more personalized flavor.
- For a spicier kick, increase the amount of hot sauce in the hot honey glaze.
- If you prefer, you can bake the chicken instead of frying for a healthier option.
