  • 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 package (10 oz) frozen spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the artichokes, spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Parmesan, shredded mozzarella, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish (9-inch or similar size). Spread evenly in the dish.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/4 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is hot and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
