- 3 oz turkey breast, sliced
- 3 oz roast beef, sliced
- 2 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 slice provolone cheese
- 2 tbsp Ike’s sauce (or a blend of mayo, mustard, and a dash of hot sauce)
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeños
- 1/4 cup lettuce, shredded
- 1 tomato, sliced
- Olive oil (for toasting)
Instructions
- Preheat your sandwich press or grill to medium heat.
- Slice the sandwich roll in half and lightly spread olive oil on the inside of each half to help toast it.
- On the bottom half of the roll, spread the Ike’s sauce evenly.
- Layer the sliced turkey breast and roast beef on top of the sauce.
- Place the slices of Swiss cheese and provolone cheese over the meats.
- Add the sliced tomato, shredded lettuce, and pickled jalapeños on top of the cheese.
- Close the sandwich and place it in the sandwich press or grill. Press and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the sandwich is toasted and the cheese is melted.
