Description

This indulgent million-dollar chicken features juicy baked chicken breasts smothered in a decadent blend of cream cheese, sour cream, bacon, and cheese, making it the ultimate comfort food dinner.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing, optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
  2. Optional: Sear chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side to lock in juices. Transfer to baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
  5. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
  6. Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top, if desired.
  7. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions.
