- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for searing, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Optional: Sear chicken breasts in a skillet with olive oil over medium-high heat for 2–3 minutes per side to lock in juices. Transfer to baking dish.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella, Parmesan, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
- Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a golden top, if desired.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with extra green onions.
