Ingredients
Scale
- 2 ribeye steaks
- 12 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 pound fettuccine pasta
- 4 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the Steaks:
Season both sides of the ribeye steaks with Cajun seasoning. - Sear the Steaks:
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or cook to your desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and let rest. - Cook the Shrimp:
In the same skillet, add 2 tablespoons of butter and sauté the shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. - Cook the Fettuccine:
Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside. - Make the Alfredo Sauce:
In a large saucepan, melt the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute. Pour in the heavy cream, stirring constantly, and bring to a gentle simmer. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes. - Combine Ingredients:
Slice the steak into strips. Add cooked pasta, shrimp, and steak slices to the Alfredo sauce. Toss to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper to taste. - Garnish and Serve:
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider marinating the steaks in the Cajun seasoning for a few hours before cooking.
- Adjust the level of Cajun seasoning to suit your spice preference.
