- 1 lb (450g) cooked ham, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sweet relish
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onions (optional)
- 12 cocktail-sized sandwich rolls or slider buns
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the chopped ham, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, sweet relish, and green onions (if using). Stir well to combine until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Slice the sandwich rolls or slider buns in half, creating a top and bottom for each bite-sized sandwich.
- Scoop a generous amount of the ham and cheese mixture onto the bottom half of each roll. Top with the other half of the roll.
- Arrange the filled sandwiches on a baking sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 10-12 minutes or until the buns are lightly golden and the filling is heated through.
