Description
A deliciously cheesy and spicy bread that combines the flavors of jalapeño poppers with the perfect crusty French bread.
Ingredients

- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 cup shredded medium cheddar
- 1 jalapeño, diced
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/2 loaf of French bread (1 loaf, cut in half lengthwise)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, cheddar, diced jalapeño, and mayonnaise.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly over the cut sides of the French bread.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Turn on the broiler and broil for 1-2 minutes, or until the cheese browns slightly.
- Allow to cool for a couple of minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra spice, leave some seeds in the jalapeño.
- Serve with a side of salsa or ranch dressing for dipping.
