Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (or pizza dough)
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2–3 fresh jalapeños, finely diced (adjust to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Open the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles. Place a small spoonful of the jalapeño mixture in the center of each triangle.
- Roll each triangle up, starting at the wide end, and tuck the edges to seal in the filling. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional: Sprinkle with chopped chives or parsley before serving for added color. Enjoy warm!
Notes
- Adjust the number of jalapeños to control the spice level.
- Serve immediately for the best cheesy experience.
