Description

These Keto Cream Cheese Noodles are a creamy, indulgent low-carb alternative to traditional pasta. Made with simple ingredients like cream cheese, butter, and keto-friendly noodles, this dish is perfect for anyone on a keto or low-carb diet looking to satisfy their pasta cravings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package of keto-friendly noodles (e.g., zucchini noodles, shirataki noodles, or palmini noodles)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley or basil for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. If using zucchini noodles, spiralize the zucchini into noodles, and if using shirataki or palmini noodles, rinse and drain them according to package instructions.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the cream cheese and cook, stirring occasionally, until the cream cheese has softened and is combined with the butter.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook the mixture over low heat until it becomes smooth and creamy.
  5. Add the prepared noodles to the skillet and toss them in the creamy sauce until well-coated. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the noodles are heated through and the sauce thickens slightly.
  6. Remove from heat and serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or basil if desired.

Notes

  • You can add cooked chicken, shrimp, or bacon for extra protein.
  • For a more “cheesy” flavor, add extra Parmesan cheese or even some shredded mozzarella.
  • If you prefer a thinner sauce, add a bit more heavy cream or a splash of chicken broth.
