- Bake (or air fry) cheese cubes for 5–7 minutes, watching closely. They will puff up and become golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and let cool for a few minutes. They will continue to crisp as they cool.
- Sprinkle with optional seasonings if desired. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for a few days.
