- 1 package of graham crackers (about 12 full crackers), crushed

- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup key lime juice (fresh or bottled)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- Key lime zest, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Stir until crumbs are well-coated and mixture resembles wet sand. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Set aside in the fridge.
- In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese until smooth. Add sweetened condensed milk, key lime juice, and sour cream. Beat until fully combined and smooth.
- In a large trifle dish or individual serving glasses, layer the graham cracker mixture, key lime custard, and whipped cream. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, ending with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Garnish with key lime zest or extra graham cracker crumbs, if desired. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving to allow flavors to meld.

- For a stronger key lime flavor, add extra lime zest to the custard or whipped cream layers.
- If you prefer a firmer texture, refrigerate overnight to allow the trifle to set completely.
