- 1 1/2 lbs ground beef (80/20)
- 4 brioche burger buns
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 4 slices crispy bacon
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 4 lasagna noodles, cooked and cut to bun size
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare patties: Form ground beef into 4 patties and season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook in a skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked to your liking. Top with mozzarella cheese during the last minute of cooking.
- Cook lasagna noodles: Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions. Cut to the size of your burger buns.
- Assemble lasagna layer: Place a piece of cooked lasagna noodle on top of each burger patty. Spread with ricotta cheese, followed by marinara sauce, crispy bacon, and Parmesan cheese.
- Toast buns: Butter brioche buns and toast in the skillet until golden.
- Assemble burger: Spread marinara sauce on the bottom bun, place lasagna-topped burger patty on top, and finish with the top bun.

- For a lighter option, substitute ground beef with ground turkey or chicken.
