Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, cheddar cheese, Parmesan, egg, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Scoop out spoonfuls of the mixture and form into small balls or patties.
