Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, lemon juice, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, and garlic.
  2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
