Description

Bright and tangy, these Lemon Kissed Cranberries combine the tartness of cranberries with a delightful rhubarb-strawberry spread, finished with a splash of fresh lemon juice and zest. Perfect as a holiday side dish or a refreshing topping for desserts!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) bag fresh or frozen whole cranberries
  • 1 cup Rhubarb Strawberry Fruit Spread
  • 2 tablespoons fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Instructions
