- Remove from heat and stir in cubed butter until smooth.
- Let the lemon curd cool completely, then gently fold in whipped cream until light and fluffy. Add food coloring if desired.
- Pipe the Mousse:
- Transfer the lemon mousse into a piping bag fitted with a large round tip.
- On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, pipe mousse into swirl shapes, starting from the base and spiraling upward.
- Freeze for at least 2-3 hours until firm.
- Prepare the Glaze:
- Melt white chocolate with vegetable oil over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in yellow food coloring for a lemony appearance. Let cool slightly.
- Coat the Mousse Swirls:
- Remove frozen mousse swirls from the freezer and place on a wire rack with parchment underneath.
- Pour cooled white chocolate glaze over each swirl, ensuring full coating. Let glaze set for a few minutes.
