  • 50g (¼ cup) cornstarch
  • 120 ml (½ cup) milk
  • Sugar for sprinkling

Instructions

  • Whisk the eggs with sugar, lemon zest, vegetable oil, and lemon juice until well combined.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the flour, cornstarch, and baking powder.
  • Gradually add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and stir until fully combined.
  • Refrigerate the dough for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
