Ingredients
Scale
For the Crust:
- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- 6 tablespoons melted butter
For the Filling:
- 3 packs cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy whipping cream
- 2 eggs
- 7 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, chopped
For the Ganache:
- 1 cup white chocolate
- ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
For Decoration:
- Green sprinkles
- Red buttercream frosting
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased pan, ensuring it’s evenly distributed. - Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the heavy whipping cream and eggs, mixing until well combined. - Add Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes:
Chop the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into small pieces and fold them into the cheesecake batter. - Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing it evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are lightly browned. Allow it to cool completely. - Prepare the Ganache:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream and white chocolate until smooth and melted. Drizzle the ganache over the cooled cheesecake. - Decorate the Cheesecake:
Once the ganache has set, decorate the cheesecake with green sprinkles and pipe red buttercream frosting in decorative patterns or shapes. - Chill and Serve:
Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to fully set.
Notes
- Chilling Time: The cheesecake must be chilled for at least 4 hours, but overnight chilling is recommended for the best texture.
- Substitutes: You can use other snack cakes if Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes are not available, but the iconic flavor of these cakes adds the perfect holiday touch.
