Description

This festive and decadent cheesecake is made with a graham cracker crust, a creamy filling mixed with Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, and topped with a luscious white chocolate ganache. Green sprinkles and red buttercream frosting add the finishing touch for a sweet and merry holiday dessert!

Ingredients

Scale

For the Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter

For the Filling:

  • 3 packs cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 7 Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes, chopped

For the Ganache:

  • 1 cup white chocolate
  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream

For Decoration:

  • Green sprinkles
  • Red buttercream frosting

Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven and Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). In a medium bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased pan, ensuring it’s evenly distributed.
  • Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat together the softened cream cheese, sugar, flour, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add the heavy whipping cream and eggs, mixing until well combined.
  • Add Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes:
Chop the Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes into small pieces and fold them into the cheesecake batter.
  • Assemble the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared graham cracker crust, smoothing it evenly. Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until the cheesecake is set and the edges are lightly browned. Allow it to cool completely.
  • Prepare the Ganache:
In a small saucepan, heat the heavy whipping cream and white chocolate until smooth and melted. Drizzle the ganache over the cooled cheesecake.
  • Decorate the Cheesecake:
Once the ganache has set, decorate the cheesecake with green sprinkles and pipe red buttercream frosting in decorative patterns or shapes.
  • Chill and Serve:
Chill the cheesecake in the fridge for at least 4 hours before serving. This allows the flavors to meld and the cheesecake to fully set.

Notes

  • Chilling Time: The cheesecake must be chilled for at least 4 hours, but overnight chilling is recommended for the best texture.
  • Substitutes: You can use other snack cakes if Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cakes are not available, but the iconic flavor of these cakes adds the perfect holiday touch.
  • Gluten-Free Option: Use gluten-free graham cracker crumbs for a gluten-free cheesecake.
