Description

  • ½ cup butter, softened

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Prepare Potatoes: Lightly spray the potatoes with oil. Season with salt and pepper if desired. Place the potatoes directly on the oven rack. Bake for about 50 minutes, or until fork tender.
