- 1 pound of shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup tortilla chips, crushed
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat evenly.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
- Lay a tortilla flat. Spread salsa, then sprinkle crushed tortilla chips. Add shrimp and top with shredded cheese. Fold sides and roll tightly.
- Heat a clean skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam-side down and cook 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve hot with sour cream and garnish with cilantro if desired.
